MEDLOG HEALTH

Call Schedules

Call schedules gives providers the ability to manage call across each of their facilities from within Medlog. To forward call, another provider within your practice must also have access to the facility. Providers can view, create and request off from schedules by going to Call schedules within Profile.

Forwarding call

Forwarding works by automatically sending all of your incoming SmartText messages to another provider in your practice who share the same facilities.

Ex: Provider A has six facilities. Provider B at her practice shares four of those facilities. Provider A can forward call at those four facilities to the Provider B, while the other two facilities can be forwarded to another provider in the practice or Provider A can choose to keep call for the remaining  two.

Steps to create your first schedule:

Navigate to Call Schedules (Profile > Call Schedules)

Add a title and select the type of schedule you want to create:

One time schedules

For when you want to forward your call for a specified period with start and end dates (ex: Vacation, NYE party, 2023 Fiesta Bowl).

Recurring schedules

For when you want to forward call during a certain time each week or day with no end date (ex: 7:00-10:00 pm every Monday).

Forward to providers

Add providers to take your call at one or more of your facilities. Note: you can assign multiple providers to each call schedule.

After you have created a call schedule, the assigned providers will be notified of the request. You can view your call schedules and see their status in the Call Schedules menu.
